Dimplery Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty

(Applicable for orders placed from 15 May 2026 onwards)

At Dimplery, we stand by the quality of our premium stainless steel jewellery. Our 1-Year Color Warranty covers tarnishing and color fading under normal usage conditions.

What’s Covered?

  • Tarnishing or color fading under normal usage

  • Manufacturing-related defects

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

What’s Not Covered?

  • Physical breakage, bending, scratches, or accidental damage

  • Lost stones, zirconia, or embellishments

  • Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling

  • Third-party modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear over extended usage

Breakage Support

For breakage-related issues within 3 months of purchase:

  • Eligible for 25% store credit of invoice value

  • Product must be returned for inspection

  • Return shipping to be arranged by the customer

  • Pickup support available at additional charges in select locations

Warranty Credit Policy

Color / Tarnish Warranty

  • 0–6 Months → 80% store credit

  • 6–12 Months → 40% store credit

Breakage Support

  • 0–3 Months → 25% store credit

Easy Claim Process

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the product

  2. Email help@dimplery.in with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos/videos

    • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • Return instructions will be shared

  • Store credit will be issued after inspection

  • Store credit remains valid for 6 months from issue date

  • All claims are subject to product inspection and approval.

  • Dimplery reserves the right to approve or reject claims after inspection
