At Dimplery, we offer a comprehensive warranty for our demi-fine jewelry pieces, ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our warranty policy below:

Claim Process:

  1. Capture Photo: Take a clear photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email Claim: Send an email to help@dimplery.in including your order number, photo evidence of the tarnished item, and details of your claim.
  3. Self-Ship: The self-ship address will be provided upon request. Please contact us at help@dimplery.in for further instructions.
  4. Store Credit: Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms provided below. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Credit Terms:

  • 0-3 months: 50% of invoice value
  • 3-6 months: 25% of invoice value

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Damage or breakage due to normal wear and tear.
  • Third-party resizing or alterations.
  • Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
  • Loss of crystals or stones on the jewelry.
  • Not applicable to luxury handcrafted sets.

Breakage Warranty:

  • Dimplery offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
  • In case of breakage during usage within the warranty period, claim 15% of the product value as Dimplery cash.
  • Cash is redeemable within 6 months, online or offline.
