1-Year Warranty
(Applicable for orders placed from 15 May 2026 onwards)
At Dimplery, we stand by the quality of our premium stainless steel jewellery. Our 1-Year Color Warranty covers tarnishing and color fading under normal usage conditions.
What’s Covered?

Tarnishing or color fading under normal usage

Manufacturing-related defects

Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
What’s Not Covered?

Physical breakage, bending, scratches, or accidental damage

Lost stones, zirconia, or embellishments

Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling

Third-party modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear over extended usage
Breakage Support
For breakage-related issues within 3 months of purchase:

Eligible for 25% store credit of invoice value

Product must be returned for inspection

Return shipping to be arranged by the customer

Pickup support available at additional charges in select locations
