Dimplery 6-Month Warranty Policy
At Dimplery, we stand by the quality of our demi-fine jewelry. We offer a 6-month warranty that covers tarnishing and color fading to ensure your jewelry stays as stunning as the day you received it.
What’s Covered?
- Tarnishing or discoloration of jewelry within 6 months of purchase.
What’s Not Covered?
- Breakage, scratches, or damage due to wear and tear.
- Loss or damage of stones, zirconia, or embellishments.
- Third-party alterations or resizing.
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.
Easy Claim Process
- Capture a Photo: Take clear pictures of the tarnished or damaged jewelry.

Submit Your Claim: Email help@dimplery.in with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the jewelry
- A short description of the issue
- Approval & Return Instructions: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we’ll share the return address for self-shipping.
- Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item, store credit will be issued as per the timeline below. The credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Warranty Store Credit Policy
- 0-3 Months: 80% store credit of invoice value.
- 3-6 Months: 40% store credit of invoice value.
Breakage Warranty
At Dimplery, we understand that accidents happen. In case of breakage during usage within the warranty period, we offer:
- 0-6 Months: 25% store credit of invoice value.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
