Return Policy:

At Dimplery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

• Notification: You must initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Initiating a Return: Returns can be initiated using your login email ID and OTP through our website.
• Shipping Charges: For returns, a shipping charge of Rs. 70 will be deducted from the refund to the original source.
• Reverse Shipping Charge: No reverse shipping charge for store credit. We will arrange the reverse pickup for returned products.
• Product Condition: Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. If returning all products, including complimentary ones, they must be returned.
• Exclusions: Products bought at a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for return.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will take 4 to 5 working days to reflect. For store credit, a special coupon will be created and shared, valid for a year.

Damaged or Wrongly Sent Product Return Policy:

• Notification: Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Contact Information: Email us at help@dimplery.in with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a video showing the damage or wrong product.
• Unboxing Video: Provide an unboxing video with no edits, showcasing the opening of the package until the defect is clearly visible.
• Assessment and Resolution: Our team will assess the issue and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.
• Return Process: If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send back the product.
• Courier Service: Return the product through a trusted courier service of your choice, or we can arrange a pickup with our courier partner, if available in your locality.
• Product Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition.
• Refund or Exchange: Eligible products will be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for the correct product.
• Refund/Replacement Exceptions: Refund or replacement is not accepted under certain circumstances including minor differences in details, slight irregularities, or shade variations due to lighting or screen settings.

At Dimplery, we stand by the quality of our demi-fine jewelry. We offer a 6-month warranty that covers tarnishing and color fading to ensure your jewelry stays as stunning as the day you received it.

What’s Covered?

• Tarnishing or discoloration of jewelry within 6 months of purchase.

What’s Not Covered?

• Breakage, scratches, or damage due to wear and tear.
• Loss or damage of stones, zirconia, or embellishments.
• Third-party alterations or resizing.
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.

Easy Claim Process

1. Capture a Photo: Take clear pictures of the tarnished or damaged jewelry.
2. Submit Your Claim: Email help@dimplery.in with:
   • Your order number
   • Photos of the jewelry
   • A short description of the issue
3. Approval & Return Instructions: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we’ll share the return address for self-shipping.
4. Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item, store credit will be issued as per the timeline below. The credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Warranty Store Credit Policy

• 0-3 Months: 80% store credit of invoice value.
• 3-6 Months: 40% store credit of invoice value.

Breakage Warranty

At Dimplery, we understand that accidents happen. In case of breakage during usage within the warranty period, we offer:

• 0-6 Months: 25% store credit of invoice value.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
