Dimplery Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dimplery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the return, refund, and exchange guidelines below before initiating a request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. Only Exchange available for Men Collection
  • Requests must be initiated using your registered email ID and OTP via our website
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging
  • If returning all products, complimentary/free items must also be returned

Return, Exchange & Shipping Charges

  • For refunds to the original payment source, a shipping charge of ₹70 will be deducted
  • No ₹70 deduction applies for exchanges
  • No reverse shipping charge applies for store credit
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Dimplery for eligible returns or exchanges where serviceable
  • If the customer’s pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by Dimplery
  • In cases where self-shipping is required due to non-serviceable pincodes, the ₹70 shipping charge will not be deducted

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Customers must contact our support team for exchange options and product suggestions
  • Reverse pickup of the original product will be arranged first
  • The exchanged product will be dispatched only after successful pickup of the original item

Exclusions

  • Products purchased at a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for return or exchange

Refund & Store Credit Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after approval
  • Store credit will be issued as a special coupon
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

At Dimplery, we follow strict quality checks. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Email us at with your order number, issue details, and a clear video of the product
  • An unedited unboxing video is mandatory, showing the package opening until the issue is clearly visible

Assessment & Resolution

  • Our team will assess the request and respond within 5–7 business days
  • If approved, a return, refund, or exchange will be initiated
  • A shipping label will be provided, or pickup arranged where serviceable

Product Inspection

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Refund / Replacement Exceptions

  • No refund or exchange for minor design or detail differences
  • Slight irregularities due to handcrafted or manufacturing processes
  • Color or shade variations caused by lighting or screen settings
  • No returns for the exchanged products
